Shelters in demand in Pa. as more go homeless

According to statistics by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, the number of homeless in Luzerne County was 192 during a count in January. They included 97 people in transitional housing, 83 in emergency shelters and 12 who were unsheltered.
